Group Activities

The Focus on Fitness has designed group activities programs for all aspects of the club. Our group programs are: Group Fitness, Aqua Fitness and Spinning. Have you heard about our new Group Power classes? Click Here for Details.

Group Fitness:
All classes are held in our group fitness room on the fitness floor. Our instructors are AFAA or ACE certified and provide us with a variety of classes. The group fitness room is equipped with a variety of equipment to make our classes unique and creative.

Aqua Fitness:
Water classes are held in the pool area of the club. This is a total body conditioning and cardio workout. This is a great cross training workout you will want to try.

Spinning:
Spinning is an incredible cardiovascular workout that can be done by anyone. If you can ride a bike you can Spin.  In a very short time you will see an improved fitness level. For only $10 a month you can upgrade your membership to include unlimited spins.
  • Nonmembers are welcomed to individual spins for $15 or 5 spins for $60.
  • You may reserve a bike 7 days in advance.
  • Cancellations can be made up to 2 hrs. prior to class.
  • There is a $5 fee for late cancellations and no shows.
  • This will be strictly enforced.

Group Activities Policies & Procedures
It is important to arrive on time for classes. For your safety please do your best to arrive on time.

Please keep conversation to a minimum during classes. This can be distracting to the instructor and others in the class.

Members have the option of attending 30-minute workouts. All 30-minute classes begin with a warm up.

Please put all equipment away when class is over. Every piece of equipment has a designated spot. This saves space and also keeps the equipment in good condition.

Please make sure to bring a water bottle and a towel to all Spin classes. Thank you for wiping your bike down at the end of class.
