Focus on Fitness would like to introduce a new type of muscle conditioning class called Group Power. Check out our the Group Power classes on our fall schedule.

Focus On Fitness will be offering Group Power classes

Look for our schedule where you will find Group Power permanently on the schedule at no extra charge for members.

Getting to know your classes
Group Power is your hour of power! This 60 minute barbell program strengthens all your major muscles in an inspiring, motivating group environment with fantastic music and awesome instructors. With simple, athletic movements such as squats, lunges, presses and curls, Group Power is for all ages and fitness levels. Discover results, discover Group Power!

Group Power Policies & Procedures

  1. There are no reservations for Group Power.
  2. Members will pick up an entry ticket at the front desk no sooner then one hour prior to the class.
  3. When the instructor shuts the doors to the group fitness room no one will be allowed in even if you have an entry ticket.
  4. Enjoy Group Power!!!
